Chiranjeev Virwani serves as a Senior Director at I.I.M.U.N. leads with a simple belief — titles don’t make leaders, people do. As part of the leadership he’s known not just for what he does, but how he does it: with empathy, directness, and a deep commitment to putting others forward. He believes that being brilliant at your work means nothing if you can’t admire others, respect their journey, and stay human in how you lead. For Chiranjeev, the loudest voice in the room isn’t always the most impactful — often, it’s the one that creates space for others to rise. A solution-first thinker, he doesn’t sugarcoat problems. He believes in calling things as they are — no filters, no fluff — and then asking the only question that really matters: “So what do we do about it?” With plans to pursue his MBA, Chiranjeev’s long-term dream is to lead in the corporate world — not for power, but for purpose. He wants his work to make lives better, not the opposite. And in everything he does, his North Star remains the same: be kind, stay real, and always, always lift others with you.Beyond work, he’s unapologetically curious. His non-negotiables? Staying fit, reading, and diving into conversations about geopolitics and global affairs. It might bore a few, but the few who stay — that’s where the best discussions happen.
