Bareilly

According to the epic Mahabharata, Bareilly region (Panchala) is said to be the birthplace of Draupadi, who was also referrred to as 'Panchali'by Lord Krishna. The city is also known by the name Fairy. Bareilly is one of the famous metro cities located in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. This city is standing on the Ramganga River and it the capital of Rohilkhand Division. From archaeological point of view, the district of Bareilly is very rich. This famous city is known as a major center in manufacturing furniture and is involved as a trading center in cotton, grain, and sugar. It is considered as one of the biggest city of Uttar Pradesh state which has potential to set up various kinds of industries. This conference will be an attempt of IIMUN to provide students of every school of Bareilly a memorable experience and teachings in diplomacy.
