Tiruppur is a beautiful city in the Kongu Nadu region of Tamil Nadu.Situated at the centre of the Indian Peninsula, Tiruppur is the fifth largest urban agglomeration in Tamil Nadu. It has been ruled over by several rulers and has a rich cultural heritage. It is a major textile and knit wear hub, and contributes to 90% of the total cotton knit wear exports from India. The city has several magnificent temples and vast,green plains and hills. With places like the Amaravathi Crocodile Farm,Koolipalayam Wetlands and Andipalayam Lake, there are several beautiful places to see.
