Kochi, also known as Cochin, is a major port city on the south-west coast of India by the Laccadive Sea.Called as the Queen of the Arabian Sea, Kochi was an important spice trading centre on the west coast of India from the 14th century onward, and maintained a trade network with Arab merchants from the pre-Islamic era. Occupied by the Portuguese in 1503, Kochi was the first of the European colonies in colonial India.This is the third edition of IIMUN Kochi at The Choice School.In the year 1991, The Choice School began its journey towards educating students and delivers its promise in “excellence in education”. The Principal Sunitha Satish and her staff that consists of 410 teachers works towards nurturing young mind and shaping the students future. The teachers not only help the students to unlock the knowledge given in books but also engage them in practical thinking which is one of the key factors that sets The Choice School apart from the others.

Fee Structure
Eligibility and Number of Students:
Students from class VII – XII can participate as delegates.
Each school has to register minimum 10 students and can go up to 40. However, if the number of students varies from the given range, reconsiderations can be made on special approval.
Delegate Fee: INR 2000 (Two thousand rupees)
Faculty Advisor Fee: INR 1000 (One thousand rupees)

Accommodation in a budget hotel near the premises of the school for two nights and three days.
